Shipping & Processing Time: 

Same day processing is available on any order placed before 1pm CST, Monday- Friday. Orders placed after 1pm or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day. 

Custom Orders Processing:

• 7-14 Business Days from date of purchase

Once order is complete tracking information will be sent out to the email provided.

• 4-7 Business Days (Standard Shipping)
• 1-2 Business Days (Express Shipping) - EXPRESS SHIPPING MUST BE VERIFIED 
• Overnight Shipping is ONLY available on Ready To Ship wigs. Overnight shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Responsibilities:

Once an order has been fulfilled & handled over to mail carrier (USPS), Kash Glamour Hair is no longer responsible for shipping delays. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive tracking information via email. All orders will require signatures at the time you receive your order.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transmit from the mail carrier to you, please contact the mail carrier. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.

Expedited Orders: 

If you have placed an order with us and need it expedited, please contact us via email. Be sure to include your order number & name provided at the time the order was placed. Also include expedite details!
